Yet another wonderful weekend in the books.
I started Saturday morning out with a super intense 20 minute AMRAP while Derrick slept in.
Short and sweaty workouts are my favorite!
Below is one round of my workout from Saturday;
This is one round of the workout, I set my timer for 20 minutes and did as many rounds as possible before the timer ran out. I was able to do 4 whole rounds and really slowed down towards the end. You can modify any of these moves if they feel too challenging and, of course, listen to your body if you need a break!

We got a late start after breakfast and getting ready but we were still able to fit in quite a bit of shopping! We don’t get to Bismarck too often so when we do we pack several months’ worth of shopping into one day. It’s awesome for moral but our wallets take a big hit.
Once again Lilly came home with more new toys than either Derrick or I.
She was one happy road-tripper!

Derrick has bought more goodies for this little pup in the last 6 months than he has gotten me in the last 3 years, I am not kidding! It melts my heart every time he walks through the door with a new bag of treats and a grin on his face, both of them over the moon excited to see each other.
Derrick can be quite the macho cowboy and of all things, Lilly is definitely one of his biggest weaknesses.
