Yet another busy weekend in the books!
I’m currently taking an online law class which consumed the majority of the last few days. I still managed to get a few workouts in and wanted to share with you an awesome HIIT cardio workout I did Saturday morning! This is a full body workout with some crossfit style influences.
I had originally planned on completing 10 rounds of the exercises and realized after two that I wasn’t up for it. Instead I went for five hard rounds and it was plenty difficult!
Tomorrow morning I will be back to my normal routine, kicking the week off with a weight heavy leg workout!
