Can you snort protein??
Obviously that’s a big NO, but have you ever had such a hard workout the only way you will feel like a human again is consuming your weight in protein?
That’s how I’m feeling after this mornings Leg Workout!
I normally focus more on my glutes and hamstrings so this mornings quad heavy workout was a little different and exactly what I needed.
I’m rounding off my morning with a protein shake and an egg white turkey bacon breakfast burrito as I head off to work!
