Bi-Tri Workout

Its safe to say my muscles need a day off after today’s bi-tri workout! I started the workout out with a quick treadmill HIIT and ended with some heavy lifting.


Immediately after every workout I have a scoop of whey protein. This helps with recovery and building lean muscle. Lately I’ve been experimenting to switch up the taste, my new favorite combination is chocolate almond protein milk!FullSizeRenderNow for the workout breakdown;


Always make sure you lift with proper form to reap the most benefits of the motion and prevent injury.

As for the sprint workout;

Total – 20 Minutes

First 5 Minutes- Jog at level 5

Every other minute for the remainder of you workout alternate between a level 6 run and a level 8 sprint.


If these levels are too challenging, or not challenging enough, change them to what suits you!

As always, make sure to work at the fitness level you are at right now.
