Oh my goodness, where has the week gone!
I was hardly aware Monday or Tuesday had arrived and now it’s Wednesday!
Luckily for you, I chose to do Leg Day on hump day this week! Let me just tell you, this one is a doozy 🙂
My leg workouts are typically weight heavy, but can always be modified to different fitness levels. Because they incorporate heavy weights, I can’t stress enough how important proper form is!
On another note, my handsome oilfield worker is finally home after a very long 5 weeks, and my little family is happy.
Couldn’t have asked for a better day!
