Shoulder and Ab Workout

Well its Thursday, and one day closer to the weekend!

Today’s workout was a kick-but shoulder and ab burn;

0001GnI haven’t worked my shoulders in a while, so this was tough for me! I found myself having to use lighter weights then I am used to in order to keep proper form.

Proper form in an exercise will not only make the movement feel better, it will prevent injury, and significantly improve your results. If you ever have any questions regarding how to properly perform an exercise, just ask!

I love coming home to a happy puppy and a cooked dinner on derricks weeks off. Tonight we had my favorite dinner- smoked wings and brussle sprouts! YUM.

Have I already mentioned, its almost the weekend?!
