I cant believe how quickly the week flew by, but I sure am glad it’s Friday!
My morning started early, with an awesome Bi-Tri HIIT Cardio workout;The more research I do, the more I like the idea of intense 3 minute HIIT intervals worked into my weight regiment. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for getting a solid running workout in, but if I can replace 60 minutes of moderate work with 3 minutes of high intensity training? Sign me up!
After only a few short months of periodically experimenting with this, this is my progress!
I rounded the morning with my favorite breakfast, a quick and easy breakfast burrito! I have been having some version of this nearly every morning for some time, and I can’t seem to get sick of it!
