Leg Day + Steaks!

Guess what today was?!

Leg Day!

Despite how sore I am at the moment, I kid you not- I love leg day.

This workout was short and sweet and worked everything I wanted to, to the max!

I used fairly heavy weights during my workout, but every exercise can be modified to your fitness level! You can use lighter weights, no weights, household items…whatever gets you moving will get you one step closer to where you want to be!

I mixed up my morning routine and enjoyed a protein pancake on my way out the door.

My boyfriend took the reigns for dinner, and I was not disappointed!

I always crave protein after weight-heavy workouts, so a steak dinner was the perfect end to a busy day!
