Back & Bicep Burn!

If you hadn’t already noticed, I haven’t been posting much of my regular workouts recently. I got into a workout slump and to get out of it I decided to follow a 3 week workout program through, and I am not one to plagiarize!

It worked wonders!

I feel stronger than ever and I can already see changes in my shape.

My workouts have been weight heavy, so I am ready to get back to a Weight Lifting / HIIT workout balance.

This morning I knocked out a killer back and bicep HIIT workout first thing, then took the dogs for a brisk walk.


I finally feel like myself again!

In even more exciting news, I have decided to take my fitness journey to the next level!

While I already help motivate and train people online with free personalized programs, I am in the process of obtaining my NASM Personal Trainer certification to be able to help people in a more tangible way!

I am SO excited to finally be taking this step – I have thought over it for long enough, it’s time to finally do it 🙂
