Crossfit Inspired [Do-Anywhere] Workout

You guys!

This workout was hard. Like way harder than I thought-sweat in my eyes-ready for a nap-hard.

I have been trying to get my morning workout motivation back, but I can’t seem to find it. I’ve put all my extra energy into studying and its effected my workouts a lot more than I would have expected. I have been completely exhausted morning to night and sleeping way more than usual, which is not normal for me.

Hopefully I will get back in my groove soon, I miss my morning workouts! J

Now back to the workout.

A friend and I survived this workout, completing it in just 25 minutes! I thought this was a pretty darn good time for both us not being in peak condition right now.

We burned out with a lap (1/5 th mile) of 10 walking lunges followed by 10 bound jumps (& repeat).


If we thought the first part was difficult, the burnout was a whole other level!
