25 Min HIIT Treadmill Burnout

I’m trying to conserve my energy to get ready for the 20 Day Jump Start Program starting THIS SATURDAY, so this post will be short and sweet πŸ™‚

I’ve been busy programming for the challenge, for my Bootcamp classes, writing content for my blog, for the gyms blog, and for a 12 week weight loss program at work. Everything feels like its overlapping, and for the first time, my days are full of things I love spending time doing.

My days are so full I’ve been forced to combine my workouts with my classes and really practice my multitasking! Today I finally got in a solid chest workout and finished up with this 25 Minute HIIT Treadmill Burnout. It kicked my butt and was exactly what I needed!
