I’m trying to conserve my energy to get ready for the 20 Day Jump Start Program starting THIS SATURDAY, so this post will be short and sweet 🙂
I’ve been busy programming for the challenge, for my Bootcamp classes, writing content for my blog, for the gyms blog, and for a 12 week weight loss program at work. Everything feels like its overlapping, and for the first time, my days are full of things I love spending time doing.
My days are so full I’ve been forced to combine my workouts with my classes and really practice my multitasking! Today I finally got in a solid chest workout and finished up with this 25 Minute HIIT Treadmill Burnout. It kicked my butt and was exactly what I needed!
