Day 15 Exercise: Step Ups
I love/hate step ups. They can be a great cardio burst or a killer wight exercise. I include them in almost all HIIT workouts in some capacity, sometimes with a set of dumbbells and others with a jump at the top. There is seriously so much you can do with just a step!

I hope you all had as amazing of a holiday weekend as I did! I was so incredibly blessed to have been able to travel back home and surprise my family on Christmas for the first time since I moved away. Expect a sappy family-love post in the near future!
