My fitness journey is always evolving.

Some weeks I make it to the gym every morning at 5:00 a.m. on the dot, then there are months where I would rather workout at home in the evening.

Nearly all of my workouts contain some form of weight and cardio training.

Whenever I need a reset or find myself in a rut, I return to my Yoga practice.
