I am a firm believer in the principle that you can’t out exercise a bad diet.

I also don’t believe in force feeding myself boring bland foods I don’t like to achieve a certain look.

I keep it light, balanced, and clean…and sometimes I cheat πŸ™‚

This is, admittedly, probably the most neglected part of blog. Not that I don’t work constantly to better my diet, but I could be more consistent about posting it.

While this blog is usually focused on my daily and weekly workouts, I would never have been able to reach my fitness goals if it hadn’t been for a drastic change in my diet.

The longer I go without processed sugars and fat, the less my body craves them. The less cravings I have the more I am enthusiastic I am to experiment with new meals.

Discovering healthy foods that work for me in my life is what keeps me on track. There is no sense in force feeding yourself foods you can’t stand!
